Kiva Jane Weddings is owned and operated by me, Sarah. We're a new business whose main focus is to bring queer, disabled and neurodivergent people's weddings to the forefront, offering inclusive, affirming and accessible wedding planning services that actually suit our couples. From the traditional to the quirky to the pagan/spiritual, we can help any wedding couple to create the day they've always dreamt of.

We offer 3 primary packages; On the Day Coordination, the Partial Package, which is basically a custom package where the couple can choose which services they need help with, and a Full Package, which is where they hand over the reigns and we'll organise everything for them. Every package is fully collaborative and the client has control over every aspect.

I've worked in and out of the event space for about 10 years now, starting in restaurant events and moving into hotel conferences, travel booking and fundraising, making me a woman of many talents! As a queer, neurodivergent and disabled person, I know the struggle of trying to find inclusive and affirming business in any industry. There's always the 'what if'. In contrast, when I have found those places, it's been a breath of fresh air and a weight has come off my shoulders. When I knew that I loved working in events, I also knew that I wanted to provide that space where my community could just be themselves and ask for what they needed without fear of judgement or harm. So Kiva Jane Weddings was born. I'm calm, compassionate, patient and above all, transparent. No bullshit, just honesty, clarity and guidance every step of the way.
